B. Trading Forum on Edible Mycorrhizal Mushrooms

- This section of the Workshop will focus on trade and processing mycorrhizal edible mushrooms. More than 50 stalls will be set up in the meeting hall. International and local companies of mycorrhizal edible mushrooms will be welcome to exhibit their products and information on the stalls. The meeting will create chances for commercial organizations for trade talks. International trading companies will be encouraged to talk to the local commercial organizations about trading local products of mycorrhizal edible mushrooms.

C. Cultural Forum on Edible Mycorrhizal Mushrooms

- Exhibition of paintings and photos of edible mycorrhizal mushrooms. Both international and local painters or photographers are welcome to send their products to the organizers.

ooking and tasting of local fresh edible mycorrhizal mushrooms.

Matsutake, porcini and other fresh edible mycorhizal mushrooms will be cooked both in Chinese and western cuisine (international chefs are most welcome). The tasting of mushrooms will be arranged at both the opening and closing banquets, and at other times as well. We hope to turn the activity into a form of international competition if enough time and financial support are available.
